Growing OD Competence, Together
IODP - GHANA is committed to supporting the continuous development of OD professionals through high-quality, relevant, and accessible learning opportunities. We aim to standardise OD training and certification in Ghana to ensure credibility and competence in the field.
Certification Pathways
We are currently developing a certification programme that will offer:
Level 1 – Certificate in OD Practice (for early-career practitioners)
Level 2 – Advanced OD Certification (for consultants, facilitators, and OD officers)
Level 3 – Master Practitioner Accreditation (for seasoned professionals with 10+ years of practice)
These certifications will be delivered in collaboration with accredited institutions and aligned with international OD standards.
Training Opportunities
In addition to certification, we will offer:
1. Short Courses and Masterclasses on topics like systems thinking, change management, group facilitation, appreciative inquiry, and leadership development
2. Webinars and Panel Discussions with industry experts
3. On-demand Learning Resources for remote access
Members will receive discounted or priority access to all training opportunities.
