IODP

Mr. Jacob Pambo is an Organisation Development practitioner with a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organisation Development and a strong interest in institutional governance and financial accountability. He serves as the Financial Secretary of the Institute of Organisation Development Professionals (IODP) – Ghana, where he is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective financial management systems to support the Institute’s operations.

In his role, he oversees the preparation and management of the Institute’s annual budget in collaboration with the President, ensures proper documentation of dues, fundraising, grants, and expenditure, and provides regular financial reports to the Executive Body. He also coordinates the setup of appropriate financial platforms, including mobile money and banking systems, to facilitate timely payments of statutory obligations to relevant regulatory institutions such as the Registrar-General’s Department, SSNIT, and the Ghana Revenue Authority.

Mr. Pambo works closely with auditors during periodic financial reviews to ensure transparency, compliance, and sound financial stewardship within the Institute.
