Mr. Noel Domah

General Secretary

Mr. Noel Domah is a trained Geographer, emerging Organisation Development (OD) practitioner, and early-career researcher with a strong interest in rural and community development. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Geography and Rural Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). In addition, he has obtained a number of professional certificates in Organisation Development and related fields, reflecting his growing commitment to institutional performance improvement and people-centred development.

Mr. Domah currently serves as a Lecturer at the College for Community and Organisational Development (CCOD), where he contributes to teaching, research, and capacity-building initiatives. His research interests include climate change, food security, rural poverty, community resilience, and environmental sustainability, with a focus on generating practical and evidence-based solutions to contemporary development challenges.

As General Secretary of the Institute of Organisation Development Professionals – Ghana (IODP-Gh), Mr. Domah coordinates the Institute’s administrative operations, manages membership data and engagement processes, and handles correspondence with stakeholders and government agencies. He also supports internal communication and provides logistical and documentation support to the President in advancing the Institute’s programmes and activities..
