Mr. Shadrack Sekpey is an emerging Organisation Development (OD) practitioner and IT professional with growing expertise in digital communication, institutional visibility, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry from the University for Development Studies and a Master of Science (MSc) in Organisation Development from the College for Community and Organisational Development. He also possesses advanced certification in Information Technology with a specialisation in Networking Engineering and Network Desktop Systems. He holds professional certificates in OD related fields.

Mr. Sekpey currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of NextGen Services and works as an IT Consultant and Media Expert for the Kintampo Cluster under Compassion Ghana, where he supports programme coordination, digital reporting, and communication across multiple development projects. His professional experience spans system administration, network support, media production, and website management for both institutional and community-based organisations.

As Head of Communications and Digital Engagement at the Institute of Organisation Development Professionals – Ghana (IODP-Gh), Mr. Sekpey is responsible for promoting the Institute’s activities through digital platforms, managing its website and social media presence, coordinating internal communication, and supporting stakeholder engagement through effective branding and information management systems.
