Ms. Delilah Sibe Welam is a development-oriented professional with strong expertise in partnerships development, stakeholder engagement, and resource mobilisation across both public and non-governmental sectors. She holds academic qualifications in MSC Organisation Development, and brings to the Institute practical experience in coordinating institutional collaborations and supporting programme implementation.

Ms. Welam currently works with Nante Child Development Center as the Project Director, where she contributes to organisational growth through strategic engagement with partners, proposal development, and coordination of externally funded initiatives. Her work has involved building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting training and development programmes, and mobilising resources for community-based interventions.

As the Partnerships and Fundraising Lead of the Institute of Organisation Development Professionals – Ghana (IODP-Gh), Ms. Welam plays a key role in identifying and cultivating relationships with development partners, public institutions, and corporate organisations to support the Institute’s programmes. She provides strategic support for fundraising initiatives and contributes to advancing the Institute’s mission of strengthening organisational performance through sustainable partnerships.
