Mr. Bashiru Imoro is a seasoned Organisation Development practitioner, institutional development expert, and higher education administrator with extensive experience in leadership, consultancy, and organisational performance improvement. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Organisation Development from the College for Community and Organisation Development (CCOD), a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation Development. He is also an Organisational Development Certified Consultant (ODCC) affiliated with CCOD and the Institute of Organisation Development (IOD), USA.

Mr. Imoro currently serves as Head of Business Development and Consultancy Services at Tamale Technical University, where he coordinates commercial operations, develops institutional policies, leads consultancy engagements, and supports strategic planning initiatives. His professional experience spans organisational diagnosis, team building, strategic planning interventions, policy design, and institutional capacity strengthening.

As Vice President of IODP-Ghana, Mr. Imoro supports the President in strategic coordination and institutional growth initiatives. He leads task-specific teams, coordinates major events including the Institute’s launch and training programmes, and provides thought leadership in advancing Organisation Development practice in Ghana. He also mobilises regional champions and strategic partners to expand the Institute’s national footprint.

His blend of academic expertise, practical consultancy experience, and institutional leadership positions him as a key pillar in strengthening professional OD practice in Ghana..
